Acceptable Use

MondoCue translates and explains screen content that you choose to submit. You are responsible for having the right to share that content and for checking AI-generated explanations before acting on them.

Do not use MondoCue to

• break the law, infringe another person's rights, or violate an app's terms or access controls;
• submit another person's private information, payment details, credentials, or confidential content without permission;
• harass, stalk, impersonate, defraud, threaten, or harm another person;
• create or facilitate sexual exploitation, child abuse, violence, self-harm, or other unlawful harmful content;
• make consequential medical, legal, financial, emergency, employment, or eligibility decisions solely from an AI response;
• probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass usage limits, or interfere with MondoCue, its AI providers, or payment systems.

Safety and accuracy

AI translations and explanations can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Independently verify names, amounts, recipients, permissions, bookings, and other important actions. MondoCue is not a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency service.

Enforcement

We may limit or suspend access when we reasonably believe this policy or applicable law has been violated. Contact support@mondocue.com if you have a safety concern or believe access was limited by mistake.
