What the service does

MondoCue provides on-demand translations and AI-generated explanations of screen content that you choose to submit. It does not control or operate the third-party apps shown on your screen.

Use and limitations

AI results may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Check amounts, recipients, permissions, identity details, bookings, and other consequential choices yourself. Do not rely on an explanation as financial, legal, medical, or emergency advice. Some apps block screen capture, and service availability depends on your device, network, and the third-party apps you use.

Passes and subscriptions

One-time passes provide access for the period displayed at purchase. Pass time is linked to your MondoCue account. If a monthly auto-renewing plan is offered, its price, renewal interval, trial terms, and cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase. Web purchases are processed through Creem; store purchases are processed through Apple or Google. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the applicable checkout or store process and local consumer rights.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the app, account, payment, or AI systems. You are responsible for having permission to submit the screen content you ask us to analyze.
